You have up to 3 0 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
  2. Must be in original packaging.
  3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

    • Refund Procedure

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome of the inspection.

    1. Approved: Your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few days.
    1. Rejected: We will provide you with detailed explanations.

    • Delay or Failure to Refund

    If you have not yet received your refund:

    1. Check your bank account.
    2. Please contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be processed.
    3. Please contact your bank: some transactions require additional processing time.

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item for the same model, please email us at elettishop@gmail.com

    • Return Shipping
    1. You are responsible for the return shipping of the item. Shipping costs will be refunded.

    For items over €60 , we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
